Please continue to pray for my dad. Here's an update:
This morning at 11 my Dad, had a heart catheterization. They put in one stent, but found three major blockages. Thank the Lord though; the doctor said that the only reason that he did not have a massive heart attack was due to a small artery in the back of the heart that was still not blocked. He will, however, have to have triple bypass surgery in four weeks. Until then, he cannot travel and has restrictions on his physical activity as well.
Please pray with us about the following:
- God's continued protection over Pastor's heart and health
- God's grace for Dad. My brother Mark is getting married this Saturday and is no longer going to be able to attend the wedding.
- Strength for my mom through this emotional time.
- Strength for the rest of my family.

WOW! Praise the Lord they found that when they did! I know that must be very upsetting for both of them to not be able to see their son's wedding, but at least he'll be able to see him after the wedding. I will be praying for all the areas you asked for.

Praying for you all. I'm sure your dad is so disappointed that he can't go to the wedding ... but in the big picture, it sounds like it's a good thing that they caught this now!

i'm sorry your dad had to miss your brother's wedding. i feel bad for not checking up on your blog. how is he doing now?
